Cedars-Sinai Division of Nursing is committed to engaging nursing staff to develop and provide excellent evidence-driven clinical care. The Department of Nursing Research and Performance Improvement promotes sound and ethical research methods to study patient care and population health. Current research focus areas include:
- Health disparities and equity
- Genomics
- Improving the care and health outcomes of older adults
- Patient safety for inpatient and ambulatory care settings
- Nurse-sensitive performance measures
