Membership Application
Membership will be reviewed and renewed every two years based on membership criteria.
Initial and renewal applications will be reviewed by the Membership Review Committee, and recommendation for membership will be provided to the director of the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute. The director has final authority on approval, disapproval or termination of membership. Final approval and notification to the candidate for membership and status will be provided by the director.

Ongoing Membership Review and Reappointment
Membership will be administratively reviewed on an annual basis and comprehensively reviewed by Program Leaders prior to each CCSG submission based on membership criteria. To facilitate the review of renewal applications, members may be asked to provide information regarding their publication and sponsored research awards, as well as updated statement of interest in cancer research. Non-response to requests will jeopardize continuation of membership.
Program Leaders will make recommendations for any changes in membership status to Cedars-Sinai Cancer’s Executive Committee for approval. The Director of Cedars-Sinai Cancer has final authority on approval, disapproval, or termination of membership.
