Personal Statement

I am an imaging physicist at Cedars-Sinai. In my laboratory, we specialize in image quality optimization and patient dose reduction. The modalities we have worked include digital mammography and computed tomography. The current research is focused on finding the quantitative relationship of the minimum detectable contrast to the patient dose, lesion size and patient size. The result can be used for optimal patient dose modulation. Another area I am interested in is the application of molecular imaging for treatment such as radioembolization.
