Welcome to the Online Payment Page for Medical Staff and Allied Health Professionals at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

New Applicants to the Medical Staff:
You are required to pay a $250 non-refundable fee in order to be mailed an application packet. When you return your application, the Application Processing fee of $500 will be due.

New Applicants to the Allied Health Professional Staff:
Please choose your specialty from the drop-down menu and the amount due will be displayed.

Reappointment/Reappraisal:
If you are paying dues as part of your Reappointment/Reappraisal Application, please choose your specialty from the drop-down menu and the amount due will be displayed.
