How to Apply
Applications for the Clinical and Regulatory Sciences Program open each May. The program sends admissions decisions by November, with classes beginning the following January. The program reviews only complete applications.

Please have official transcripts emailed to [email protected]. Your application materials should include all transcripts from any postsecondary institutions that you have attended. Unofficial transcripts may be submitted before the application deadline for consideration, but official transcripts are required of all admitted students before courses begin.
A wide spectrum of perspectives, expertise and backgrounds is an essential component for learning, so applicants across various backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

Relevant work experience in the regulatory or healthcare industries is suggested, but not required. Candidates without industry experience who demonstrate specific interest in clinical and regulatory sciences will still be considered.
A one-to-two page essay focused on your academic and career goals and how this program will help you in your professional development. You may also highlight noteworthy achievements and your specific areas of interest relevant to clinical and regulatory sciences. This is our team's first chance to get to know you, so make sure that it reflects your unique perspective and expertise.

While test scores are not required, those applicants who have taken the GRE and whose scores have not expired may choose to submit them.
These may include letters from previous professors, supervisors or colleagues who can speak to your individual accomplishments, knowledge, and leadership/academic abilities. Recommenders should submit these letters of recommendation directly.
Relevant work certifications (e.g., ACRP Certification, RAPS RAC Certification, etc.) are not required, but may be included.
Writing samples (e.g., journal articles, theses, etc.) are not required but may be included.

For the purpose of the admissions application, you can submit unofficial transcripts. However, admitted students will have to submit official transcripts to [email protected] before beginning classes.
GRE scores are not required, but applicants with non-expired scores who wish to have them considered may submit them.
We require a resume or CV, a one-to-two page statement of purpose and transcripts from all previous postsecondary institutions you've attended. You may also include GRE scores, letters of recommendation, professional certifications and writing samples.

The cost of the program is $2,600. Employees of Cedars-Sinai may be eligible for Cedars-Sinai's Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) and an employee tuition rate. Tuition rates may be adjusted at the discretion of the institution.
