The Certificate Program is designed for healthcare professionals eager to apply AI in health systems—without needing to code. Ideal candidates include clinicians, administrators, digital health innovators, data analysts, project managers and researchers, among many others. No technical background required—just curiosity and a drive to improve care.

You’ll develop practical AI fluency for nontechnical professionals, master human‑centered design thinking, and learn to "code" in plain English through vibe coding and no‑code AI tools. You’ll gain the ability to evaluate AI solutions for feasibility and impact, understand ethical and policy frameworks, strengthen change leadership skills, and apply it all in a capstone tackling real‑world healthcare challenges.

The capstone bridges theory and practice, giving participants the opportunity to apply AI knowledge to real healthcare challenges. You’ll conduct user research, use design thinking to create an AI‑enabled solution, and develop a tangible product you can present, pitch or implement in your own organization. This hands‑on, problem‑solving experience mirrors the applied focus of Cedars-Sinai’s MS in Health Systems (MSHS) Program and builds essential leadership, communication and implementation skills—critical for anyone guiding AI adoption in health systems.
