Liu Lab
The Liu Lab investigates how biological and environmental factors shape brain development, with a particular focus on understanding individual differences in neurodevelopment. Our mission is to uncover mechanisms underlying diverse developmental trajectories and identify modifiable factors that promote healthy development.
Personal Statement
I am an Assistant Professor in the Biomedical Imaging Research Institute (BIRI), Department of Biomedical Sciences, and Department of Computational Biomedicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. My research focuses on biological and environmental factors that shape brain development, with the goal of identifying modifiable risk and resilience factors that promote healthy development.
