The Movement Disorders Fellowship is available to young physicians who are currently enrolled in or have completed an ACGME-accredited general neurology residency within five years. All fellows must be eligible for and apply for a license from the Medical Board of California and a U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration registration number. Additionally, fellows who are accepted must obtain medical staff privileges before beginning the program.
Qualified applicants must submit:
- Curriculum vitae
- Three letters of reference (one of which must be from the residency program director)
- Personal statement
Candidates are asked to email their applications to either the program director, Michele Tagliati, MD, FAAN, at email@example.com, and Catalina Giraldo Reyes at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Applications are accepted throughout the year, and interviews can be scheduled at any convenient time. At this time, Cedars-Sinai does not participate in the collective movement disorders match agreement.
