Illingworth Lab
The Illingworth Lab, led by Kenneth D. Illingworth, MD, studies pediatric spinal deformity, neuromuscular scoliosis, cervical spine disorders and orthopedic trauma in children, with the goal of improving surgical safety, refining nonoperative care and advancing outcomes for young patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Personal Statement
Every child deserves timely, exceptional care. Our research is driven by the questions we face at the bedside: how to make pediatric spine and trauma surgery safer, how to refine treatment for complex deformities and how to ensure high-quality care reaches every child who needs it.
