How do I register for a course?

We offer four ways to register for a course.

Online
To register online, go to CME Courses, select the course and click Register Now.

Fax
Click on CME Courses, select the course and open the brochure for the course you wish to attend. Fax a completed form to 310-423-0309.

Mail
Click on CME Courses, select the course and open the brochure for the course you wish to attend. Mail a completed form to:

Telephone
Call the CME office at 310-423-5548, from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. (Pacific time). Please have the course name ready to give to the registrar.

I am a course faculty member. How can I access course forms for completion and view the agenda?

To access the faculty course information, you will need to log in to the CME Portal and click Faculty in the right navigation bar, then follow the instructions on the faculty page.

How do I view my CME certificate after attending a course?

Conference participants have the opportunity to electronically complete the course evaluation form online and download their individual CME certificates from the Cedars-Sinai CME Portal.

  • A post-course email will be sent with instructions on how to log in and complete your evaluation online to claim your credit.
  • Upon completion of the online evaluation, you will automatically be able to download your certificate.
  • Please be sure to complete your evaluations, as the data collected will influence content for the upcoming conference.

I am unable to find my CME certificate. How can I request an additional copy from the CME office?

You have the opportunity to view certificates and transcripts by accessing the CME Portal and clicking Evaluations and Certificates or Transcripts from the right navigation bar.

When are the grand rounds (RSS) held?

Regularly scheduled series (RSS), which include grand rounds, case conferences and other internal meetings, are available only to physicians and allied health practitioners affiliated with Cedars-Sinai.

How can I retrieve my CME credit hours if I'm a Cedars-Sinai physician?

To view CME credits, access and login to CME Portal. Click Transcripts from the left navigation bar and adjust date range. You can email or print your transcript from the portal.

How can I ensure that I receive my CME credits when I attend RSS sessions?

  • Be sure to sign in when you attend any session.
  • If credit is missing from an activity you attended, please contact the appropriate RSS coordinator.

How do I contact a grand rounds (RSS) CME coordinator?

How can I learn more about educational planning and collaborations?

Educational Planning
Cedars-Sinai CME courses are developed to keep physicians and the healthcare team on the leading edge of medical practice. Our experienced CME staff arranges a wide variety of courses in cooperation with our medical staff and faculty physicians.

We offer a variety of CME activities that include:

  • Live courses (half-day, single-day and multi day)
  • Regularly scheduled series (grand rounds, case conferences, tumor boards, morbidity and mortality conferences)
  • Online activities

What if I don't see the course I'm looking for?

Courses are typically live on our page three-four months before the course start date. If you have questions about a course that isn't live yet, please email cme@cshs.org.

I do not wish to receive mail regarding CME Conferences, how can I request to be removed?

Unfortunately, we do not have the authority to remove you from the purchased mailing lists. We purchase our list from the AMA (American Medical Association), therefore you must request to be removed through the AMA directly.
