Clinical and Regulatory Sciences Graduate Certificate Program

As translational research continues to expand, both in industry and in medical settings, there is a growing need for researchers and staff that understand the regulatory processes required to advance scientific discoveries into product development and clinical trials. In order to fill this growing gap, Cedars-Sinai Cancer has developed the one-year, hands-on Clinical and Regulatory Sciences Graduate Certificate Program to train the next generation of leaders in clinical sciences.

The program will focus on developing knowledge and practical skill sets across five core competencies:

Project Management and Technical Writing
Risk Management and Compliance
Drugs, Biologics and Medical Devices
Data Sciences and Quality Systems

Core curriculum will provide students with the integrated knowledge and broad perspectives needed to effectively develop clinical trials and manage regulatory processes, from discovery to commercialization. With a focus on building skills and training for the future, this program is designed for professionals looking to advance their careers. Classes will provide students with expertise from faculty mentors at Cedars-Sinai Cancer, while also offering real-world examples from guest speakers within Cedars-Sinai’s industry network.
