Orthopaedic Surgery Residency

Cedars-Sinai's Orthopaedic Residency Program has been developed to meet a growing demand for highly trained, highly skilled orthopaedic surgeons. Our institution has a uniformly positive reputation for superb clinical care, superior outcomes and our training program matches our national recognition for excellence.

Our faculty is dedicated to education throughout the medical center and has been involved in continuing medical education nationwide for decades.

The Cedars-Sinai Department of Orthopaedics offers a five-year program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. The program is approved for four residents per year.

The educational curriculum in the Cedars-Sinai Orthopaedic Residency Program is designed to provide a combination of clinical experience, didactic teaching and research to train residents to be compassionate physician, an excellent orthopaedic surgeon and a critical thinker. The clinical experience is broad, high volume and diverse in an extraordinary academic environment.
