The mission of the Cedars-Sinai Internal Medicine Residency Program is to develop compassionate, curious and resilient physician leaders dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Through rigorous clinical training, robust academic mentorship and a supportive, inclusive community, we prepare our residents to advance healthcare as outstanding general internists, subspecialists, educators, researchers and advocates.
The Cedars-Sinai Internal Medicine Residency Training Program provides rigorous clinical training across a variety of inpatient and outpatient experiences. Beyond the core clinical rotations, residents craft a training experience tailored to their unique career and academic interests. Graduates are well prepared to become leaders in patient care and research.

The Internal Medicine Physician-Scientist Training Program is for MDs and MD/PhDs with a strong interest in pursuing academic careers as both clinicians and researchers.
This training program teaches outpatient medicine and population health through exposure to leading-edge healthcare delivery and care management systems.
